Theres a trend that happens within groups that normally starts out with good intentions.

Groups of similar minded people form within larger groups.

These groups can be good by sharing ideas and helping each other.

These groups make a wrong turn when they turn to an US vs THEM stance.

This could be:

line personnel vs administration
station vs station
shift vs shift
Motivated vs less motivated

We forget we are all FIREFIGHTERS.

I’m guilty of getting wrapped up with this type of thinking.

We all have strengths and weaknesses though.

When we divide ourselves, we become weaker.

Keep this in mind when you see an issue.

The more we help each other, the stronger we will all be.

I’m fortunate to have a team that we look out for each other.

We let each other know when we are slacking or need to be made aware of something to address.

Everyone could use a helping hand at times.
